Hi, I’m Gabrielle — the founder of Wellness Kitchen, a holistic meal prep service powered by Southern Pasta Twist. I’m a certified wellness advocate, plant-based chef, and passionate food healer on a mission to help everyday people reclaim their health through simple, nourishing meals.

My own health journey began with a wake-up call — a diagnosis that forced me to take food seriously. Instead of settling for prescriptions alone, I leaned into healing traditions, nutritional wisdom, and natural remedies. That journey didn’t just change my body — it changed my purpose.
